Dallas Burn Players Host Anti-Drug Assemblies at DISD Schools

DALLAS–Dallas Burn Players will conduct anti-drug assemblies today, January 29, and Wednesday, January 30, in several schools in the Dallas Independent School District. The "UnitedHealthcare Burn Out Drugs" assemblies will be presented in conjunction with Phoenix House, a national non-profit substance abuse service organization.

Launched by the Burn in 1999, the "UnitedHealthcare Burn Out Drugs" assemblies include facts about the dangers of substance abuse, giveaways, autograph sessions and soccer demonstrations by the players.

Following is the afternoon schedule of assemblies for January 29 and all-day schedule for January 30.

Tuesday, January 29
