DISD Invites Parents To Visit Their Child's School
DALLAS–Parent/teacher conferences for the Dallas Independent School District will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday of next week. Parent/teacher conferences are February 25 for high schools; February 26 for elementary students; and February 28 for middle school students.
The parent/teacher conferences give parents the opportunity to visit teachers in their children's classroom environment. Parents are encouraged to attend parent/teacher conferences to enhance communication between teachers and parents. The conferences are the perfect opportunity for teachers and parents to have a dialogue about student's progress, classroom activities and the teacher's expectations.
