First of Two Public Sessions To Be Held Tonight at David Carter High School
DALLAS–To give teachers, administrators, students, parents and community members the opportunity to review and evaluate the 2002-2003 textbook adoption samples, the Dallas Independent School District has scheduled two textbook exhibits, the first of which is set for tonight, Oct. 16, at 5:30 p.m. at David W. Carter High School at 1819 W. Wheatland Rd.
Textbook representatives will be present at the exhibits to answer questions stakeholders may have about the books and supplements, ancillaries, instructional materials and resources.
The exhibits are from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. tonight at David W. Carter High School and Wednesday, Oct. 30, at Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Center at 1201 E. Eighth St. For more information regarding the textbook adoption process, call Lisa Medina at (214) 932-5344.
