Superintendent Says District Looks Forward To Presenting Update To The Court
DALLAS—Dallas Independent School District Superintendent Mike Moses on Friday issued the following statement after learning that Judge Barefoot Sanders has set a date for a hearing in late March to consider the district's status in regard to its desegregation case:
"The district looks forward to the opportunity to present evidence at the hearing set by Judge Sanders," Moses said. "We appreciate the willingness of the court to conduct a hearing with regard to the case. The district continues its efforts to educate all children and to comply with the orders of the court."
