Schools will reopen Monday, Nov. 28
DALLAS–All schools in the Dallas Independent School District will be closed November 21-22 for teacher preparation and student holiday.
Also, schools and administrative offices will close from Nov. 23-25 to allow students, teachers and staff the opportunity to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families.
Thanksgiving Day is Thursday, Nov. 24. Schools and administrative offices will reopen Monday, Nov. 28.
The next holiday after Thanksgiving is winter break. Schools and administration offices will be closed Dec. 19-Jan. 2 for winter break. Students report back Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2006.
