DISD Invites Parents To Visit Their Child's School
DALLAS—Dallas Independent School District parent/teacher conferences are Feb. 27 for high school, Feb. 28 for elementary school, and March 2 for middle school students from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Parents are encouraged to attend these meetings to forge better communication between teachers and parents. The conferences also offer an opportunity to talk about the students' progress, classroom activities and teachers' expectations.
Parents who cannot attend the regular parent/teacher conferences due to their working schedules are welcome to make arrangements to set up a new time that is accommodating for the parent and the teacher.
Other DISD Important Dates Coming Up:
Spring Break, March 13 – 17
All DISD schools and administration offices will be closed March 13-17 for spring break. Staff and students will report back Monday, March 20.
