WHAT: Dallas County Sheriff Lupe Valdez will discuss why the approaching prom and graduation season can be dangerous for young drivers and why driving drunk can spoil a festive celebration. She will discuss penalties for drunk driving arrests and provide tip cards explaining those penalties to students.
