Dallas ISD Hosts Boundary Changes Meetings

Proposed Changes Will Be Implemented for the 2007 – 2008 School Year

DALLAS–Due to the opening of new Dallas ISD schools in 2007 – 2008, the district has proposed boundary changes for next school year.

The changes will mainly impact students in areas one, three, four and six.

Parents will have the opportunity to learn more about the proposed plans and provide input during several town hall meetings scheduled.

Below are the dates and times for the meetings:

  Area 3, 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Bryan Adams High School, 2101 Millmar Drive

• Tuesday, Dec. 5:
  Area 1, 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Edna Rowe Elementary School, 4918 Hovenkamp
• 
  
• Wednesday, Dec. 6:
  Area 6, 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., L.G. Pinkston High School, 2200 Dennison St.
• 
  
• Thursday, Dec. 7:
  Area 4, 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Emmett J. Conrad High School, 7502 Fair Oaks Ave.
