Tickets Will be Distributed to Students Who Enroll at the Intake Center,/b>
DALLAS–In a unique partnership with the Texas Rangers, students enrolling at the Dallas Independent School District Margaret and Gilbert Herrera Student Intake Center will receive free tickets to a Texas Rangers game.
Superintendent of Schools Michael Hinojosa, Texas Rangers President Jeff Cogen and Executive Director – Office of Texas Rangers President Jim Sundberg, will distribute the tickets on Tuesday, July 31, at 1 p.m.
The goal of this partnership is to get every student to attend classes beginning the first day of school. Ticket distribution will take place at the center located at 2617 N. Henderson, behind James Bonham Elementary School.
The game is scheduled for Thursday, August 23, at 7:30 p.m., when the Rangers play the Seattle Mariners.
