This is the first board meeting of the 2007-2008 school year
DALLAS–The Dallas Independent School District board meeting for Thursday, August 23, will be held in the administration building auditorium, 3700 Ross Ave.
Since April, school board meetings have been held at area high schools because of renovations to the auditorium. Built in 1952, renovations to the 4,780 square foot facility were made possible with funds from the 2002 Bond Program. Renovation work will continue throughout the fall.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m.
