Meetings Scheduled for May 6, 12, and 20
DALLAS–The Dallas Independent School District is continuing its efforts to inform students, parents, staff, and the community about the dangers of the drug heroin/"cheese."
Town hall meetings have been scheduled to continue communicating the urgency and severity of the issue of the drug heroin/"cheese."
The first meeting is scheduled at 6 p.m., Tuesday, May 6, at North Dallas High School, 3120 N. Haskell Ave. The other two meetings, which will also take place at 6 p.m., will be held on Monday, May 12, at Sunset High School, 2120 W. Jefferson Blvd., and on Tuesday, May 20, at Thomas Jefferson High School, 4001 Walnut Hill Lane.
Parents with concerns should contact their school counselor or nurse. Anyone with information about drug dealers, drug locations, or drug use, should contact the Dallas ISD Police Narcotics Hotline at (214) 932-5695.
