The 'Minds in Motion Program' Will Take More than 150 Students to El Centro College
DALLAS–More than 150 Dallas Independent School District students from three high schools will attend classes at El Centro College, 801 Main St., from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 20.
Through the Minds in Motion program, students from Seagoville, Woodrow Wilson, and North Dallas high school will experience the college life while exploring career opportunities.
Minds in Motion is a college readiness preparation seminar which provides students the opportunity of experiencing a variety of career opportunities in the fields of art, health, business and computer technology.
"Top two public high schools in the country-School for the Talented and Gifted and School for Science and Engineering. Finding great schools is hard; finding our list's two top schools close together in the same building is beyond belief."
