The Program Will be Held from July 19 through July 30
DALLAS–Dallas Independent School District students who will be juniors or seniors in the fall may submit an application for the Chefology 101 culinary program through Saturday, May 1.
The Chefology 101 culinary program, which is hosted by the Dallas ISD's Food and Child Nutrition Services Department and Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts, will be held July 19-30.
Students will have the opportunity to engage in a hands-on learning experience in cooking, menu planning, recipe development and catering service. Students will learn about careers in the food industry and receive an orientation to Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts.
