Thousands of qualifying students will receive free school supplies and other services
DALLAS–Dallas Independent School District students will receive free school supplies and other services at the 14th Annual Mayor's Back to School Fair Thursday, August 5, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the Automobile and Centennial buildings, at Fair Park, 1010 First Ave.
At the free event, thousands of qualifying students will receive free school supplies and benefit from a variety of vision, dental and health screenings; educational services and offerings from community resources.
Dallas ISD's Superintendent of Schools Michael Hinojosa and City of Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert will attend the event.
