DALLAS—The Texas Association for Hispanic Dance and Culture is offering a free workshop for elementary and secondary teachers interested in including folklorico in curricular and extra-curricular activities. The intensive, week-long workshop will be held July 25-29, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., at Mountain View College, 4849 West Illinois Ave., and Moises E. Molina High School, 2355 Duncanville Rd.
The workshop will be presented by Alex Palencia, director of Mexico 2000, and Karla Canamar, director of the Molina High School International Dance Company.
