Students To Dedicate Pond in Observance of Earth Day
Students at Martha Turner Reilly Elementary will dedicate a pond and plant flowers in observance of Earth Day. Each of the 1,030 students at the school will have an opportunity to plant a flower. The ceremony starts at 9 a.m., Thursday, April 20, 11230 Lippitt.
Realtors Event Brings Them to Dallas Independent School District
New families relocate to Dallas daily. This has prompted local realtors to celebrate Dallas Independent School District Day from 9 a.m. until Noon, Thursday, April 20. The celebration's goal is for realtors to become acquainted with public schools in the district and with the programs and services they offer in order to better inform their clients.
