PRESENTATION FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GRANT WINNERS

WHAT: Presentation of $1,000 North Texas Ford Dealers Hispanic Salute Elementary School Grants to 26 Dallas elementary school teachers, chosen by the 2000 Hispanic Salute Selection Committee. These grants will provide predominantly Hispanic elementary schools with needed funds for special class projects and school programs.

WHO: Robert Payton, DISD Interim General Superintendent, Ben Muro, Chairman of Hispanic Salute 2000 Fred Salinas, Skyline Ford, representing the North Texas Ford Dealers Martin McGinnis, Ford Division

WHEN: Thursday, October 19, at 4 p.m.

WHERE: DISD Board Room, School Administration Building, 3700 Ross Avenue.
