WHAT: The Dallas Independent School District will be among the participants at the D/FW Metroplex Educational Procurement Fair. The fair offers minority and women-owned businesses the opportunity to meet purchasing representatives from school district's in the area, and community colleges and universities in Dallas, Collin and Tarrant counties.
HOW: Thirty-five educational institutions are participating in the fair which also includes various panel discussions regarding "how to do business" schools and universities.
WHEN: At 9 a.m., Thursday, May 17, at the University of North Texas System Center at Dallas, 8915 South Hampton Rd.
